Wolsztyn Express

In 2010 the traditional Wolsztyn Steam Engine Parade will take place on May 1 at Europe’s last working steam depot. It will be the fourth time MÁV Nosztalgia Kft. has attended the Parade in the Polish town.

Our attractively priced five-day tour is especially recommended for railway enthusiasts. The special train will comprise comfortable sleeping and restaurant cars. The train will be hauled by a steam engine on certain sections, but will be pulled by diesel and electric locomotives during the rest of the journey in order to travel faster. On the sections where the train is hauled by steam engine, we will have several photo stops.

Each sleeping compartment has its own washbasin, a shower stall, and a closed-system toilet.
